Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days via UPS. The estimated delivery date cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change depending on the availability of the item. If the items you purchased are preordered or backordered, please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping. Items are not shipped over the weekend or holidays. If you are not satisfied with your items, don’t stress – we are here to help! You may return your items purchased from Trifecta Los Angeles within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund in the form of original payment. Only full-priced items are eligible for returns. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in the condition it was shipped and is unused, undamaged, and will all original tags attached. Damaged items will not be accepted unless the merchandise is defected. Items purchased during sale or promotions are final.

If you would like to exchange your full priced item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You may exchange an item by simply retuning your other item within 14 days for a full refund, and placing a new order for the correct item. If you are returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be credited to your account. We are not responsible for lost returned items.

If you would like to return or exchange your items, please contact orders@trifectalosangeles.com with your order number, contact information, and whether you would like to return or exchange your items to ensure your order will be processed seamlessly.

We recommend using UPS for shipping returns. To ship back your items:

1. Pack your items and invoice into shipping box

2. Include your invoice and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item.
